The SEBI vide its circular SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/37 dated March 16, 2023 has notified common and simplified norms for processing investor’s service request by the Registrars and Transfer Agents (RTAs) and norms for furnishing Permanent Account Number (“PAN”), Know Your Client (“KYC”) details, Nominee and Bank Details.

All shareholders of the Company holding shares in physical mode are mandatorily required to furnish the following documents / details to the Company’s RTA i.e. Bigshare Services Private Limited :-

1. PAN
2. Nomination
3. Contact Details
4. Bank Account Details
5. Specimen Signature

To update the aforesaid details, the shareholder can download the below forms as mentioned in the said SEBI circular:

Form ISR-1 : Request for registering Pan, KYC Details or Changes / Updation thereof

Form ISR-2 : confirmation of Signature of shareholder by the Banker

Form ISR-3 : Declaration Form for opting-out of Nomination  by holders of physical shares

Form SH-13 : Nomination Form

Form SH-14 : Change in Nomination

The Shareholders are requested to ensure the above details are updated with the RTA
